What methods of Payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Paypal's secure online payment systems.  We do accept cheques but we will wait until the cheque has been cleared by our bank before dispatching your item.  If you wish to pay by cheque, order your items on the website, ignore the paypal screen and then email us to say that a cheque made payable to "Philip Burrows" is in the post.  

Can I view the items at the published address?
No!, the published address is the registered address only.  All of our amber is  kept at a secure location else where, to keep our prices down we only trade online and not direct to the public.


Do you only deliver to the UK?

We only currently despatch within the UK, we do not despatch to any other country (the Republic of Ireland is not in the UK).
 

How do I contact you?

What if an item is out of stock, how long will I have to wait?
Most of our Products are unique so they wont be back in stock.  If you like it you'd better buy it before some one else does.


When can I expect my order?
If your order is placed before 11 am, normally next working day including Saturdays. However please allow up to 4 working days. See Shipping Information.


Where can I find your Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions?
Go to the navigation bar on the left of page or the tabs at bottom of page and click Privacy Policy or Terms and Conditions.

What happens if I am not happy with an item and want to return it?
Please email prior to returning the item and we will send you the return address.

Please return your order in its original condition and we will reimburse you for the full value of your order. Please ensure that the item is returned back to us in its original condition unless faulty within 7 days of the date the item is delivered to you.   Ear rings can not be returned due to health and saftey reason.

Returned items should be sent recorded delivery, we can not be held responsible for returned items lost in transit.


What if I cancel an order?  
If the item has not left the warehouse, usually at 3 pm, there will be no postage charge and a full refund will be issued.  See Returns and Cancellation Policy.


Is shipping included in the price?

No, shipping costs is £2.50 per order. 

Why don't you offer free shipping?
There is very little that is free in this world.  If a company offers free shipping it usually means the price of postage has already been added to the price of the item.  This is fine if you only order one item, but if you order two then you are losing out.

We have a flat rate for Recorded Delivery £2.50    It’s simple and can save you money if you order more than one item.
