Just a small selection from our extensive amber catalogue
Our Baltic Amber is set in the highest grade 925 Silver and stamped for
authenticity, 925 Silver (Europes name for Stirling Silver) shines more than the cheaper dirty silver used
by many UK jewellers and it complements the colour of the Baltic Amber
impeccably.
Most of our items are unique due to the shape and colour of the Amber, so if you like an item purchase it now, once it has gone, it has gone!
Please don't mistake our Amber for the poor quality Amber found
elsewhere, all of our Baltic Amber has been hand crafed by professional
jewellers and then scrutinised by our professional appraiser before it
is accepted for Amber Chest. Being follised Tree Sap it is mined from the ground, But it shouldn't cost the earth... we believe our prices reflect this.
All of our Amber comes in a protective velvet pouch and is posted via recorded first class mail.
Caring for your Amber
Amber is soft, only slightly harder than talc, and should be treated with care. Avoid contact with hard objects, chemicals like perfumes and hair sprays, and excessive heat and light.
Amber jewellery should be kept in a soft fabric bag, to protect from scratching and premature ageing. Avoid air-tight bags, as amber is a natural substance which needs to breathe.
To clean amber, wash it with mild soap and water, and polish it dry with a soft cloth. The lustre lost from old amber jewellery may sometimes be restored by polishing it with a soft cloth saturated with olive oil, Please Do Not use ultrasonic or steam cleaners!
